Welcome to Daza and Enid's home on the internet where we celebrate the best of the twentieth century.

You'll find an exciting array of last century cultural detritus in each room of our house. Sounds in the lounge, toiletries in the bathroom and tastes in the kitchen.

Come on in.

Sheds

We come from New Zealand where no self-respecting old man would admit to having no shed. Towards the end of last century and beginning of this Jim Hopkins has championed the New Zealand shed because they started disappearing when houses with gardens became the preserve of the rich. We recommend his book Blokes and Sheds.

Afraid we'd be homesick, upon moving to England we've been encouraged to find the British love their sheds too. In fact, once we hacked down the ivy in our backyard we found we had two sheds.
